Bender Strength | Online Coaching with Coach Scott Bender

What could you do with a stronger body?

Online coaching built on one idea: get strong, and everything else follows. Burn fat, move better, and build a body that carries you through a long, independent life.

Stop chasing the scale. Start chasing strength.

Here's the truth nobody puts on the gym poster: the number on the scale was never the goal. The goal is carrying your own groceries at 80. Getting off the floor without thinking about it. Feeling capable in your own body every single day.

If you want a "toned" body, here's the recipe. Lift heavy. Stay consistent. Eat enough food. That's it. You won't get bulky, I promise. Trust the process. Coach Scott

This matters most for the women I coach. You've been told to shrink for so long that lifting heavy feels like breaking a rule. It's not. Strength is what changes how you look, how you feel, and how long you get to live on your own terms. It's not about perfection either. It's about showing up for yourself consistently. Let's build that together.

Coach Scott Bender

Meet Coach Scott Bender

I've been coaching since 2018, and before that I spent 20 years serving in the United States Air Force, so I know a thing or two about consistency, discipline, and showing up when it's not convenient. I've led and managed coaching teams at F45 and Alloy Personal Training, and I've spent my career learning exactly what makes bodies stronger and lives better. Now I bring all of it to you.

Off the clock? I'm a dad to three boys, which is a workout program all by itself. You'll find me lifting, playing ultimate frisbee, running, hitting a trail when I can, and yes, planning the next Disney trip with my family. I live the way I coach: strong enough for the mountain, present enough for the magic. Your fitness goals shouldn't cost you the best things in your life. They should make you better at enjoying them.

How it works

1

Answer a few questions

Tell me where you are and where you want to be. Takes two minutes. No pressure, no sales pitch.

2

We make a plan

If we're a good fit, we hop on a quick call and I build your program around your schedule, your equipment, and your goals.

3

We adjust together

I watch your progress and we troubleshoot week by week. Life happens: travel, kids, work. The plan bends so you don't break.

Questions people actually ask me

Will lifting heavy make me bulky?
No. I promise. Building noticeable muscle mass takes years of very deliberate work and a lot of food. What lifting heavy actually does is change your shape, protect your bones and joints, and make everyday life easier. The "toned" look people want is muscle plus consistency plus eating enough.
I haven't worked out in years. Am I too far behind?
Where you are right now doesn't matter. We meet you there. Every program starts at your actual starting point, not somebody else's.
How much time do I need each week?
Most of my clients train three to four days a week, about 45 minutes a session. If that's not realistic right now, tell me and we'll build around what is.
What equipment do I need?
Whatever you have. A full gym, a garage setup, or a couple of dumbbells. I build the program around your access, not the other way around.
I'm pregnant or postpartum. Can you coach me?
Yes. I'm certified in Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism, and programming through and after pregnancy is something I take seriously. Mention it in the questions below and we'll talk specifics.
What's the difference between the two options?
On Demand at $30 gives you my programming to follow on your own. Online Coaching at $300 gives you me: custom programming, weekly check ins, direct messaging, and form checks. If you want accountability and someone in your corner, that's coaching.
Why does coaching have a three month commitment?
Because three months is roughly where the work starts showing up. In how you move, in what you can lift, in how you feel walking up a flight of stairs. People who quit at week five almost always quit right before it gets good, and I would rather not take your money for a month and send you off no better than you came. After the first three months you are month to month, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. On Demand has no commitment at all.
What if something happens and I can't train?
Tell me. Injury, illness, a pregnancy complication, a deployment, a family situation. I can pause your subscription and add that time back onto your commitment instead of billing you while you are unable to train. I would rather work with you than lose you.

Action comes before motivation.

Don't wait to feel ready. Answer the questions, and we'll get troubleshooting and make a plan for you, so you can burn fat, get strong, and live a long, independent life.
