At Lightning Strength Human Performance, I offer different levels of personal training to meet your needs, whether you’re looking for the flexibility of online sessions or the support of in-person coaching. Choose the option that works best for you and let's build strength together.

Online Personal Training

Get personalized support and flexibility with my online personal training program. You’ll receive a program designed just for you, complete with 3 customized training sessions each week. We’ll have weekly check-ins to keep you on track, as well as a monthly call to discuss your progress and address any challenges. This is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated but need guidance and structure tailored to their unique goals.

Hybrid Personal Training

The hybrid training program combines the best of both worlds: personal attention and independence. You’ll have one in-person session with me each week, where we’ll focus on your form, technique, and anything you need extra help with. You’ll also have 2 additional customized training sessions each week to complete on your own, supported by online guidance. This program is perfect for those who value in-person coaching but also want the flexibility to train independently.

In-Person Personal Training

For those who want hands-on support and real-time feedback, my in-person training program offers 3 sessions a week, held at your home or community gym. I’ll be with you every step of the way, ensuring your workouts are effective, safe, and aligned with your goals. This is the most immersive option, perfect for those who need accountability and a consistent schedule to help them stay committed.
